CLG CAREER BREAKTHROUGH 2020
Do you need to catch a break in your career? Are you ready for the next level of career success? Are you thinking about successfully transitioning, but unsure of the next steps to take? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this CLG session is for you. What possibilities could you create if you were fulfilled by your work; emotionally, relationally, and financially?
CLG sessions are facilitated by world class facilitators, and are enriched with a diverse mix of participants, providing unmatched opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. You will expand your professional network by connecting with like-minded professionals through our interactive sessions, and virtual networking experiences.

Discover your why: go beyond fear to serve a higher purpose.
Define your unique value proposition
Focus on your long-term vision of success
Develop a transition game plan
Step up your executive presence, your communication strength, leadership and engagement with others
Uncover the mindsets and roadblocks that are holding you back
Become the best version of yourself whether that is being a leader, executive, or a person of influence
Activities:
Participants would also have the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback as the workshop progresses. Virtual activities and group exercises will strongly be encouraged.
Participants are encouraged to connect, learn and grow together. Assignments will be given each week that will be completed in (remote) collaboration with others in the course.
At the end of the CLG course, participants will say:
