About Me

I grew up in a developing country and I had to pursue a career that would ensure I found a job after college. I pursued my bachelors in Nigeria, Masters in the UK and PhD (USA) in Chemistry. I got a job in a Fortune 500 company, but I wasn’t fulfilled. The chemistry I was interested in was the one that involved people dynamics, developing leaders and helping them grow their organizations. It was a difficult decision I had to make, but the pursuit of my calling and ultimate fulfillment wasn’t negotiable. I am glad I made that choice. I always look forward to Monday mornings now. MY ExPerience

I have varied experience in the hospitality, pharma, biotech, semi conductor industries. A former researcher at 3M, Astrazeneca and Sr. Process Engineer at Intel. My technical expertise helps me identify root causes to critical and challenging problems, and approach them in a fact-based, objective and collaborative manner.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in international and cross-cultural groups, my leadership style fosters an inclusive and safe environment that encourages a free exchange of ideas across organizational boundaries, constructive conversations to solve problems, while keeping the customer front and center. I compliment my technical expertise with my passion for transforming organizations and developing leaders.

Founding a successful consulting company was one of my biggest risks right out of college. Today, I am a published author, management trainer for a Fortune 500 company, and a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. I thrive in empowering executives, leaders and technical disciplines in driving high performance and increase the bottom line.
