About Dr. Richard Osibanjo

Dr. Richard Osibanjo is a leading expert, author, executive coach, program facilitator, and keynote speaker in transformational leadership and senior team performance. He currently serves as the Director of Transformation and Chief of Staff at Intel. He is an executive coach and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 executives.

Dr. Osibanjo received his doctorate in chemistry from the University of California, Davis. Following a successful career in analytical chemistry and process engineering, Dr.Osibanjo became fascinated with the chemistry of people, leadership, and organizations. His journey led him halfway around the world, and becoming a world-class thought leader on transformational and purpose-driven leadership. Dr. Osibanjo has a powerful message for people to lead with purpose, informed by his extraordinary career journey and over 20 years of experience working with leaders and managers of medium and large-scale organizations. Dr. Osibanjo is a member of the prestigious Marshall Goldsmith 100 group of coaches, a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and Forbes Columnist on Leadership Strategy.

Richard is the co-founder, and Executive Director of Connect-Learn-Grow (CLG), an educational foundation that engages, empowers, and equips emerging leaders and local professionals to discover their potential and accelerate their leadership journey. He works with minority youth to pursue STEM careers through an innovative, project-based outreach program. Richard is active in equipping emerging leaders in Nigeria to address systemic societal problems to spur socio-economic development. Dr. Osibanjo resides in Portland, Oregon, with his wife and two sons, and he is actively involved with his church and community.
