Dr. Osibanjo received his doctorate in chemistry from the University of California, Davis. Following a successful career in analytical chemistry and process engineering, Dr.Osibanjo became fascinated with the chemistry of people, leadership, and organizations. His journey led him halfway around the world, and becoming a world-class thought leader on transformational and purpose-driven leadership. Richard is the co-founder, and Executive Director of Connect-Learn-Grow (CLG), an educational foundation that engages, empowers, and equips emerging leaders and local professionals to discover their potential and accelerate their leadership journey. He works with minority youth to pursue STEM careers through an innovative, project-based outreach program. Richard is active in equipping emerging leaders in Nigeria to address systemic societal problems to spur socio-economic development. Dr. Osibanjo resides in Portland, Oregon, with his wife and two sons, and he is actively involved with his church and community.
